Another TikTok Challenge
As you may know, TikTok often features various 'challenges' that students attempt throughout the school year. The latest involves removing the zipper pulls from backpacks and collecting them. We are actively addressing this behavior and taking appropriate disciplinary actions. We would greatly appreciate your support in discussing with your students the importance of not engaging in this activity, as it is disrupting the school day for many. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

- Keep your explanations developmentally appropriate.
- Review safety procedures
- Observe children's emotional state.
- Limit access to television and social media attention to these events.
- Correct misinformation.
- Maintain a normal routine.
- Talk about steps children and youth can take to make a positive difference.

Driving into Walsh
The Walsh driveway can be quite busy in the mornings and afternoons. With over 800 students being dismissed, 15 buses, and many additional pick-ups, we kindly ask that you drive slowly, stay attentive, and watch for students. We will have two staff members at the crosswalks closest to the building to help with bus departures. Please follow their directions to ensure everyone's safety. Thank you for your cooperation.
